A new breed of creasing matrix

A new breed of creasing matrix, Poly Score has been manufactured using our proprietary production process. Our first all-plastic matrix, Poly Score has been developed utilising the most modern materials, and manufacturing control systems that have resulted in a product that combines exceptional quality and performance in a complete package that is both very user friendly and cost-effective.

With over 70 standard sizes to accommodate board thicknesses from 120µ to 2000µ and micro-flute, e-flute to double-wall c-flute corrugated. Positive identification of product size is by ink jet coding on both the matrix base and the locator.

The product has a new-tech shock absorption layer between the base and the matrix channel, which allows the product to receive multiple board feeds or over-creases, without either splitting the matrix or permanently expanding the channel width. This live layer offers increased versatility over competitor systems. Poly Score is the all-plastic matrix for all purposes.
